We are an established accounting and bookkeeping company as well as a training establishment with many years of experience working within the New Zealand industry. We have a passion for spotting talent and helping people progress into an accounting career.

We understand how important it is to have real practical accounting experience in order to find a paid position. To step into a role you need to have practical experience.We look forward to working with you as your advisor, and to help you reach your goals.

WORKING WITH US

First discussion, we will meet with you at our office and set clear-cut written timelines and objectives of our association with a view to understand your current employment situation, knowledge and expectations.
Once we reach the consensus on the terms and conditions of our association, you shall be officially invited to register with The Hive Learning Limited.
At the registration stage, agreed money is payable to The Hive Learning Limited as a non-refundable fee or as a payment plan agreed between the two parties.
Your details will be entered into our database (inclusive of roles you aspire to, experience you already have, goals you have, and specific training you will need).

As your partner, our goal is to equip you with the tools necessary to be successful in securing a desired entry role into an accounting position.We will work closely with you while we teach you how to effectively use these tools and keep a close supervisory watch while you use them.We will mentor you specifically in the New Zealand accounting culture and standard industry practice.

COSTS AND DURATION

Accounting Training Program

The internships are for a 3-monthly period, 3 days per week and 6 hours a day.

With Xero experience - $1400 per month (a short test will be conducted to test your Xero knowledge before starting your internship)
With Non-Xero experience - $1549 per month which includes our Xero training courses i.e. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced

This can be attended on days of your choice. At the end of your training you will receive a certificate and we will provide you with a verbal and or written reference for any prospective job prospects.
